HONORING OUR PAST; BUILDING FOR OUR FUTURE

After a century of supporting steadfast Modern Orthodox Jewish life in Houston, UOS stands on the brink of a remarkable achievement: the construction of our new sanctuary building.

With the support of our incredible donors, we're crafting a space that honors our rich history while embracing the needs of our growing community. Over 22,000 square feet, housing a new sanctuary, administrative wing, bet midrash, chapel, classrooms, and two new kitchens, ensuring our synagogue remains a beacon of connection and continuity for generations to come.

We're on the cusp of something extraordinary. We invite you to join us as together, we write the next chapter of our community's story. Donate today and be part of the legacy!

PROJECT UPDATE

We're pleased to announce that since our groundbreaking ceremony, construction of our new synagogue has progressed smoothly and is nearing completion.

Thanks to the dedication of our building team and lay leadership, we've stayed on schedule. We anticipate moving into the building before Pesach 2024.

Stay tuned for more updates as we prepare to open our doors to the community.
