Welcome to United Orthodox Synagogues! UOS is a dynamic, multi-generational, Modern Orthodox and Zionist synagogue committed to serving the entire Houston Jewish community. At UOS, we strive to maintain a family-like ambiance where everyone feels at home. We are an inclusive community, striving to maximize everyone's participation in prayer, ritual, Torah study, chessed, and social action.
Newcomers to our synagogue will find an array of programs touching on every area of Jewish life. Our youth groups, Goldberg Montessori School, Sunday Talmud Torah, and a variety of programs for seniors, young couples and teens cater to every segment of our population. Programs are open to the entire Houston Jewish community regardless of Judaic background.
