Kiddush and Shalosh Seudot Sponsorship

The Shabbat morning Kiddush and Shalosh Seudot have always been an important cornerstone in the social dynamic of UOS. It is where new faces are greeted, guests are introduced, friends catch up, and we showcase the vibrancy of our membership on a weekly basis.

UOS offers fantastic Kiddush menus ranging from $250 – $1200, provided to the sponsor at cost. We offer delicious menus to be catered by Jenny Tavor. These catered options offer a variety salads and baked goods. In addition to these options we offer a basic Kiddush option, with fish, crackers and fruit, which is both affordable and attractive. Shalosh Seudot menus range from
$175 – $525 (read and download menus below).

If you have an upcoming birthday, anniversary, yarzheit, or accomplishment to celebrate - please contact the office. We are pleased to offer an exciting new option; a monthly birthday Kiddush and anniversary Shalosh Seudot for $25 per individual. There will be fish, crackers, veggies or fruit (seasonal), chips and salsa and birthday cake, as well as the usual soft drinks, grape juice and schnapps. A list of sponsors will be published in both the weekly announcements and the bi-monthly bulletin. To participate please contact Naomi in the Synagogue office.

CANDY POLICY:  The candy that is traditionally thrown at a Bar/Bat Mitzvah or Urfurf must be purchased through UOS at $10 per pound.  No other candies will be permitted in the sanctuary or chapel for this purpose

Breakfast Sponsorship

Breakfast sponsorship is an ideal way to commemorate a Yahrzeit. Sponsorhsip is $180 (for 35 people additional charges apply for additional individuals)
